Walked in this morning to see about a new listing for a used Odyssey that we saw posted yesterday. When we walked in, the salesman that greeted us asked how to help us. We told him what we'd like to see, and miraculously, the new listing wasn't there? I'm sure if we walked in ready to look at a new model worth more $$, our experience would've been different.

We went last Thursday to see a car. We test drove the car but it was a trade in so there needed to be some checks. 4:30 the salesman said it would be ready. Called at 4:30 and the car was sold out from under us. Friday night, the internet salesman calls and asks if we want to come see the car??? I thought it was sold. Ummm... I’ll call you back. Very professional and friendly staff in the service department.
Do not trust this dealership. This dealership recommends service to you even if you've already had that service done at their dealership. I had brake flush and power steering flush done recently, and it is not due and they had it on my invoice as recommended service. When I questioned Rhonda the service manager, she never called me back. I think they are preying on people in this area. They also are way more expensive, wanting almost $600 for spark plug change when other dealership are charging $169 - $300 for same service. ... read more
I was lied to when I purchased my 2005 BMW. I was told it was taken through service and it was a great used car. Less than 700 miles later, I had to put $2600 into it for oil leaks and a pulley that dropped. I took the car back to the dealership and was told that they don't even work on BMW's because they don't have the tools!!! WHAT?? I have spoken to my salesperson. sales people are intimidating and will not help you with your concerns. I called and both times, everyone was busy and couldnt talk to me as i am not discovering a thousand issues with my car. Do not shop there!!!
