Found this too milky. Not enough tea taste.
Charlie was fantastic! We went above and beyond to accommodate us! His brilliant service really made a difference!
The bubble tea was really tasty. The service was attentive and patient. We asked about the sugar content, and the staff member who served us gave excellent advice, ensuring our tea wasn't too sweet. Thank you!
Asian lady on the till was rude
Rude staff, smirking to us while we asked our questions regarding the drinks. They don’t have napkins, only toilet roll in the counter so a bit unsanitary. There were two guys in shift tonight (28/09) - guy in the till wears a hat and was speaking to his colleague in a different language, both laughing while he was taking our orders and the other has blonde hair - also has the habit of laughing at customers. Drinks are good but to the staff.
