Very good massage. back and legs. Jen identified sore spots on my legs and foot and worked on those areas to help them repair.
Excellent sports massage provided by Jen, very welcoming and would highly recommend.
I have been going to Jenny for regular sports massage for nearly a year now. She is an excellent massage therapist. I had an issue with my knee and lower back - I am now totally pain free and it is all down to Jenny’s expertise. I highly recommend Coastal Sports Massage.
Jen is fantastic, very knowledgable and puts you at ease. Jen is able to do a variety of treatments and will use her skills to treat you accordingly
Lovely deep tissue massage and because my back is tight Jen recommended acupuncture. All round great service.
