Wonderful receptionist! Wait time was great.. Dr.Alex McGaughy was the nicest ophthalmologist I have encountered. Do your self a favor and give this office a try. You want me sorry!
I had cataracte surgery in Georgetown by Dr Frank Sloan. It went smoothly with no problems. The staff was wonderful and caring. The evening of my surgery Dr Frank Sloan called personally to check on me. I found this very surprising because doc are so very busy that usually a staff member calls to check the patients status. I was greatly pleased.
Saw Dr Sloan today for a routine exam. Had bilateral cataract surgery about 3 years ago. Great physician.
Wait times are ridiculously long. Hours, as in a minimum of 2 just to start appointment. Patient’s time has no value to this practice. If patient questions why the wait, claws come out. Anywhere else has to be a better choice.
I am thrilled with my results from my recent cataract surgery with Dr. Royal and her staff at her office and her surgical staff in Georgetown. Everything is clearer, brighter!!! Thank you again to all!!!!!
My experience with dr Carl Sloane was excellent would recommend Coastal Eye Group to everyone. The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful make you feel comfortable. At the Georgetown center for Surgery the staff was wonderful I felt safe and in very good hands. Thank you all for a good experience
I thought that all was lost in December when I lost all sight in my left eye and could no longer see any distance in my right. After excellent care and following Dr Carl Sloan and Dr Prinzies instructions I now have sight betteer than I have had since I was 5 yrs old in my Right eye and sight getting better in my left. Never once was a question not answered or did I feel that I was taking to much time. Dr. Carl Slone is a compassionate and caring doctor. His main concern is providing the patient with the best care, direction and decision about his/her diagnosis. He, also, takes the time to explain his decision, so the patient understands and is comfortable before leaving the office. We are very fortunate to have such an outstanding doctor in our area. E. R.
