I want to say I love the whole staff at Dr.Lea office Josh was very helpful Dr.Lea’s assistant Jutta was helpful checkout with Laura Lee was so helpful i felt like was at home when I got there every body was so glad to see me they have not seen in 12 years they said I should not be a stranger just stop by and say hello I really would tell anyone about Dr.Lea his Root Canals does not hurt
Nothing short of excellent care from these folks. Dr. Lea was very knowledgeable, And explains each step of the procedure. The latest and most technologically advanced equipment was used. Laura Lee got me in the same day I called, Monique promptly checked me in and explained all the paperwork needed, Jutta, Dr. Lea’s assistant, was very kind and helpful during the entire process. Dr. Lee and his assistant were top notch from start to finish. I was a little nervous about getting a root canal due to a previous experience but they made me feel safe, comfortable and explained the process at every step which helped put me at ease. very satisfied and happy with the service. highly recommend.
Amazing Service! Delaney was amazing at scheduling me quickly and helping with the new patient process. Jutta was the most amazing, positive, and attentive person. She was consistently checking on my comfort. Monique made checking out and paying for the services less stressful. Dr. Lea kept me laughing and informed throughout the whole process. Dr. Christopher Lea’s staff called to offer me an earlier appointment knowing that I desperately needed to be seen. Then, Dr. Lea and his staff called to check on me over the weekend. He also offered to see me the following morning if I needed to be seen. The medication he prescribed quickly began to relieve my discomfort. I cannot say enough good things about this office! I have had 2 root canals done, and I’ve never in my life felt so relaxed and welcome in a dentists office! The staff are so helpful, friendly, and kind. If you can believe it, it’s actually enjoyable to be there. Dr. Lea is a wonderful endodontist! I’ve been to both Hinesville and as of Friday, Richmond Hill locations, and both were clean, staff was excellent, and they had me fixed up in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend!
