RecommendedI had my first ever root canal done today. When they called to schedule the appointment they reassured me that their process was very close to pain free. However, I was a little nervous after hearing horror stories from my friends. I can assure you that you're in good hands, and also say to you to NOT listen to friends and get yourself worked up and nervous. From the moment i stepped in to Coastal Endodontics, it was an amazing visit! From the warm welcome from Delaney to Dr. Ferreira and his assistant Jojo going out of their way to make me comfortable during my procedure to LauraLee at checkout making sure everything was completed. I was extremely nervous about my procedure and Jojo was so comforting and made sure I knew everything that was going on. It was an excellent experience. The staff guide us to all the process. People like Juan, Jojo ,and Laura Lee make us fill like family.
The staff at Coastal Endodontics were fantastic! My experience was great from the time I arrived for check in with Juan, to the welcoming and caring Christa who assisted in taking care of me during the procedure to checking out with Laura Lee. I strongly recommend going here. I Was in severe pain, driving with one eye open due the pain of the entire right side of face. Called Coastal Richmond Hill crying. They got me in, even though they were fully booked. Numbed the pain and I was able to sleep until they could squeeze me in. Thanks to Monique, Tina and Laura Lee ... I strongly recommend Coastal Endodontics - Richmond Hill. My dentist referred me or revaluation of 3 teeth possibly needed root canals. A lot of people told me to “just have them pulled, root canals are so painful”; so do not know what happened, but Dr Michael Ferreira performed 2 root canals, in 2 teeth side by side, no discomfort and no pain.
