Only great things to say about Coastal Endodontics, from the minute you walk in you are greeted by the most pleasant and welcoming staff (Shanna). Dr. Lea (endodontist) and JoJo (assistant) makes you feel comfortable and always introduce themselves and explain every single step of the process and tells you what they are doing, which relieves some stress. RecommendedWas very nervous, but Dr. Lea, Tiffany, Alicia , and Shanna were very comforting. The procedure was basically painless! I enjoyed the fact that every step was explained to me before it was done, and the reasoning why it was being done .Thank you!
Serena at check in was absolutely nice as can ever be. I was later helped by Jojo who made me feel as comfortable as possible especially by letting me hold the suction myself the entire time. I feel sometimes not everyone knows where all the spots are but the fact that I could do it myself kept me at ease way more because that is honestly my least favorite part. Awesome staff, the doctor explained everything and I will definitely recommend.
This was the first dental office that the entire office explained everything that was going to be done. Checked in with Shanna-super nice. Dr Lea and his assistant Tiffany explained the entire procedure while he did it. Was really interesting because I could see what he was doing. After, they both escorted me to the check out counter and explained how to keep tooth healing properly. (I normally get a paper explaining) Serena checked me out and was super flexible with my work schedule. Great staff!
Dr.Lea and staff are the best! From PRE procedures to post procedures , the attention to the customers needs are awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable! Best service in the business !
This experience was easier than getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Lea explained everything as he performed the root canal, and took time to ensure I was comfortable and pain free.
