I have used this Office before, I live 5 hrs away. Dr Ferreira and Jutta gave the best treatment and calmness I have ever experienced. Can not forget Delaney and Juan at check in and out. Trust me when I say I would travel 10 hrs if I had too!!!

I had a great experience here from when I checked in all the way till when I left. Laura Lee was very friendly and made the check in process very easy. Christa and Yoyo were great assistants and agreed to work later with the doctor to get all of my work done so I could eat on both sides of my mouth. Dr. Ferreira was the best I’ve had for any dental experience, if he noticed I was in any pain at all he fixed it immediately and told me to let him know any time I felt discomfort and was extremely friendly. I recently went to Coastal Endodontics to get a root canal done. It was by far and away the best root canal I’ve ever had. The staff made it so easy for me. The day after, there was zero pain or discomfort. It was overall such a great experience. Juan and Josh were great!!! Jojo was so caring and considerate!!! Dr. Michael Ferreira was awesome!!! Dr.Lindsey was INCREDIBLE. I went to the Richmond hill location today. I put in a request last night and was called for an appointment this morning. I was floored by how fast they accommodated me, and as we know pre root canal is painful, so I’m so thankful for the fast appointment. I visited the Hinesville office today and everyone was very pleasant from check in Monique to my Assistant Tina. The Doctor was very comforting and made my visit GREAT!!
I had a root canal experience that was better than I could have hoped for. The Dr and staff cared about me, my pain and my well being. Check in was quick and easy with Laura Lee. Christa the assistant was professional and nice. Checking out with Delaney was super quick. If I ever need another root canal, I will gladly go to Coastal Endodontics and not think twice. I was referred to Coastal Endodontics. I was able to get an appointment the next day. At the office I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist Delaney. I needed a root canal! If you have ever had one, you know this is not a pleasant experience. However, I had the most comforting and attentive dental assistant Jo Jo.
