Excellent service, came out after hours at short notice. Full drain inspection and clearance of blockages. The engineer explained all his findings showing me camera footage and photos. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great service from the Coastal Drains team. From arranging survey, to scheduling the work, to it being completed. Ady was punctual, explained what he was doing really clearly and was very tidy. He even tried to make friends with my barking dog in the process... thank you!

We are updating our earlier review. We have been very pleased with Coastal Drains response to our complaint. We felt it only fair to report and review on the positive, as well as the negative. The company surveyed the finished job, put cameras down the newly replaced drain and agreed that the work was not up to a satisfactory standard. They have now redone it all entirely and free of charge. Second appointment today where Ross has come out to help us with an issue we have with our drainage system that needs attention over a few bits of work and both times he’s visited he’s been amazing. Really great attention to detail with all the work he’s completing for us and we very much appreciate the time he takes to explain everything clearly which helps make the experience as a customer much less stressful and increase our understanding of what’s needed.
