Got a quote from Coastal weeks before for the whole house laminate, went in to finalise on a Saturday morning, our kids with us so excited as this was for the new house, literally going in to confirm deal was mostly already done, the door was open it was 9am and the staff member said no we dont open for another hour - Went straight out that open door, drove to Castle carpets, paid more than Coastals quote but thats what you do for good customer service, job done its now been fitted and looks amazing!
