Today I paid 12 dollars for the premium wash at Village RD Leland only to find out that the machine malfunctioned somehow and didn't even clean one half of one side of my vehicle before it stopped. Terrible wash. No sign to tell me what was included in each package. I assumed the car wash would include drying your car, but it did not. Complained to ownership and they could not have cared any less. Will never use again.

The soap even smells good .i really enjoyed the wash. It got the rims cleand as well

Terrible car wash, damaged hoses with water shooting out the side , go somewhere better this franchise are all terribly run and poorly maintained . If you go here you will pay there then pay somewhere else to actually get it clean .

They destroyed the clear coat on my car which I have photographic evidence that the damage was not there before I used the touch less wash at the Carolina beach location it cause at least 100 dollars in damage to my car and I'm still waiting for a response almost a week later
