Very unhappy with customer service. I went to the castle hayne purchased the $12 was in November and the was soaped my car up the quit... I called left a message as the voicemail said to do a month later in mid December I went to the Burgaw location hoping for the best. I paid my $12 and the wash wouldn't do anything... I called spoke to the lady gave, her my info she said she would send me my reimbursement it's now mid- January and I have yet to receive anything not even a phone call... Second time I've gone through the Shallotte wash and my car looks just as bad as it did before! What a waste of my money!
