You need to make serious improvements to your Sneads Ferry location! A couple days ago I noticed the wash was down (orange cones were put out). Today I went back and it was open, but after paying $15, I got nothing close to a car wash. No soap was applied during "soap application", "color polish" only trickled out, and "surface protectant" didn't apply, either. Clearly this location is in need of attention, better put those orange cones back up so people don't waste their hard earned money!

I bought a monthly membership. It was a flip of the coin whether the washes would be working that day. Even worse, half the time the one that had brushes stunk terribly. The soap also leaves a pretty awe full film that makes it hard to see when it rains. Now comes the time when I’m ready to give up. Very clean car and wonderful shine afterwards!
My biggest complaint across the board is that the machines are always breaking. All locations and very often. It was especially aggravating when the rfid reader wasn't working. I couldn't use my monthly pass that I paid for. There is hardly ever an attendant when I go and resolving it over Facebook hasn't done much. After trying again for several years I just canceled my service here. It was nice to have a touchless option but I will gladly go somewhere that I know has working machines.

I had an issue with one of the carwashes in Murrayville I called the lady promptly handled it, very friendly excellent customer service!!
Thought I would ignore the negative reviews, but this place really isn't run well. The castle hayne location is constantly low on soap in the touch-less wash and always leaves water spots even though it runs a "spot free" rinse. Can't even contact anyone, tried both email and phone and have yet to here from anyone. I can't recommend you get a wash pass with this company. They make it EXTREMELY hard to cancel it.
