They destroyed the clear coat on my car which I have photographic evidence that the damage was not there before I used the touch less wash at the Carolina beach location it cause at least 100 dollars in damage to my car and I'm still waiting for a response almost a week later
I emailed Cccw about the lousy car wash that I paid 10 dollars for and they never responded back. I took pictures afterwards of what my car looked like, soap scum running down from the side mirrors, streaks of soap and a part of my hood was not even washed. It's unfortunate that this is the only at wash on Carolina beach. I would not have wrote this review on Facebook if they had emailed me back but they haven't...yet... it's been over a month but who knows. It is okay because of having multiple locations. However, I can get a better wash at the same price elsewhere. But if you just want a quick wash and go for $6, and you're near one, it's not a horrible deal.

The Northchase location needs a serious overhaul. Half the modes on the self service bays do not work. I spent almost 10 dollars there today, and it was a complete waste. The car wash also has a rank smell. This location has the potential to be great with some upkeep.
