My biggest complaint across the board is that the machines are always breaking. All locations and very often. It was especially aggravating when the rfid reader wasn't working. I couldn't use my monthly pass that I paid for. There is hardly ever an attendant when I go and resolving it over Facebook hasn't done much. After trying again for several years I just canceled my service here. It was nice to have a touchless option but I will gladly go somewhere that I know has working machines.

Thought I would ignore the negative reviews, but this place really isn't run well. The castle hayne location is constantly low on soap in the touch-less wash and always leaves water spots even though it runs a "spot free" rinse. Can't even contact anyone, tried both email and phone and have yet to here from anyone. I can't recommend you get a wash pass with this company. They make it EXTREMELY hard to cancel it.
