just spent over 20 minutes sitting in a line to wash my car at the N. College Rd Wash. When I pull up to the machine to pay for my wash I see the credit card slot taped over with the note cash only!! I did not have cash with me so I had to make the people in line behind me move so I could leave. When I asked the girl who was working there why the sign wasn't posted to the front, she said it didn't matter to her, her job was to "clean up" I have been using this car wash for 12 years, I won't be going back!!!!
Today I paid 12 dollars for the premium wash at Village RD Leland only to find out that the machine malfunctioned somehow and didn't even clean one half of one side of my vehicle before it stopped. The machine got to my drivers side mirror and stopped and then everything was flashing, I thought to myself maybe I can realign the car and it'll reset or something, I exited the tunnel and rentered the tunnel and nothing happened at all, then it begins to thunderstorm so i left without my car wash and having wasted my time and mo... read more
Terrible wash. No sign to tell me what was included in each package. I assumed the car wash would include drying your car, but it did not. Complained to ownership and they could not have cared any less. Will never use again.
The soap even smells good .i really enjoyed the wash. It got the rims cleand as well
Terrible car wash, damaged hoses with water shooting out the side , go somewhere better this franchise are all terribly run and poorly maintained . If you go here you will pay there then pay somewhere else to actually get it clean .
They destroyed the clear coat on my car which I have photographic evidence that the damage was not there before I used the touch less wash at the Carolina beach location it cause at least 100 dollars in damage to my car and I'm still waiting for a response almost a week later
I emailed Cccw about the lousy car wash that I paid 10 dollars for and they never responded back. I took pictures afterwards of what my car looked like, soap scum running down from the side mirrors, streaks of soap and a part of my hood was not even washed. It's unfortunate that this is the only at wash on Carolina beach. I would not have wrote this review on Facebook if they had emailed me back but they haven't...yet... it's been over a month but who knows.
