If you have a sticker for unlimited use beware. Once you get close, it recognizes you and if there is a delay, you can't wash for 20-30min. Washes are often closed or not working
I used the Castle Hayne location, there was grease/gear lube all over the hose. I trashed my clothes, got it all over my truck and it took about :30 to get it off my hands using Dawn dish soap. I sent a message to management and got NO reply, that's sad (terrible business). I guess they don't give a crap that I had a problem. Use huge caution when using the car wash!!!!!
The Oleander location has consistently stellar service, when staffed. The young lady who cleaned my rims was blatantly helpful, courteous, and attentive. My car is nothing special, but the Oleander location always treats it like it is.
Just don't expect to drive a car for a living and they might accept your business!!!
Love the Oleander location attendants clean your wheels!!! At a touch less wash what a great perk and attendants are awsome! 5 star!
Love it I use the Oleander and Carolina Beach rd locations often they aren't full service but I feel like it with the prep the attendants give my car!!!
