Zero stars if possible. Quite possibly the most disorganised and unprofessional letting agency I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is effectively non-existent, basic maintenance and safety issues were ignored for weeks, and tenants are left chasing replies to the simplest questions. I would strongly warn any future students or tenants to think twice before renting through Coapt. Their management style shows a level of incompetence that makes what should be an exciting move completely stressful.
My dealings with Coapt over the last 4 years have always been a pleasant and professional experience. I have found Florence Funnel very efficient on our recent HMO bulk viewings. Nothing was too much trouble.. Florence is a pleasure to deal with.
Florence has been brilliant to deal with, always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish - Coapt are lucky to have her!
So far Coapt have been fantastic. Florence has been efficient and quick to answer any questions we have had, set up a full day of viewings with properties within our specification so as to not waste anyone’s time. She has been warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional at supporting the creation of what we hope is going to be a fantastic working connection. Thank you for your work!
Useless company. Have had to chase up several times about getting my deposit back and heard absolutely nothing. If you must let with a student company go with Brand Vaughn. This company chased us up SO much to get this property. Whilst in this property we never heard a peep from them. After leaving I had to chase them down for our deposit. In the deposit deductions they apparently had to pay for £600 worth of cleaning (12 hours) which is absolutely untrue considering the state we left it in. Coapt are vultures.
