Nice store with a friendly customer rep but the store has horrible policies. Had a bag i wanted and showed it to me but couldn't sell it as it needed to be transferred to the outlet. A bit silly when the website mentioned they only have it in this store which is why I visited in the first place
Beautiful store with very friendly staff. Bought my first ever Coach bag today and Gemma was super helpful and sweet. I think being able to engrave your bag with your initials on the tag is cute, and I’m so happy with my purchase! Thank you!!
