I have used Charlie twice now both emergency s ,both on a Saturday with water escapes, very reliable, hard working and tidy ,fixed the problems very fast .great person to call .

Charlie is amazing, I only contacted him 2 weeks ago and already he has been to sort out my timer issue on my megaflo (the day after contacting him) and while he was there he asked if I had any other problems; I had a noisy cistern and he came back today with a new part and that's fixed as well! Wonderful, friendly, tidy service and he went the extra mile tidying up unsightly pipes. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone

Was looking for a local plumber and found Charlie online. We have just moved house and have been struggling to get tradesman to look at smaller jobs. Charlie responded promptly to my enquiry and booked the work in. Did a good job, was tidy and efficient. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Didn't do anything that didn't need doing. Was really impressed and would highly recommend.

I had a last minute complete failure of my entire combi-boiler system. Charlie was a recommendation from a friend. He arrived, on time, on the Wednesday, and had installed the boiler by the Friday. He is polite, friendly and honest. He arrived on time, completed all work to a high standard, and explained all stages of the work. He managed all expectations, did not run over-time or over budget. He was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him, and will be using him again in the future.

Having just moved into our new house with its laughably low water pressure we needed a complete overhaul of our boiler & tank to put things right. We met with Charlie at CMS Plumbing and on first meeting we knew he would be the right fit for us.
