Pre booked a taxi on the 7 May 2024 giving more than 24hours notice. The taxi was to pick my husband up at Car Right 8 May 2024.at 4.30pm. The taxi had not been booked and did not turn up and after 15 minutes I phoned to enquire where the was the taxi. I was on hold that long I Called back to be then told the he would check what was happening to be cut off. 39 minutes later my husband had started walking and I phoned back to ask what had happened and to inform them my husband had had to walk.
