Booked a coach for a hen party of 27 from Oxford. When the coach arrived, there were various issues with the coach. Firstly, aircon not working in 30 degree heat. Secondly, the toilet was not working. Lastly, the music was also broken. A lot of the hen party felt unwell due to heat and smell of the bus and no one could use the toilet! Bookd a taxi to go from a to b and get a call from the office accusing me of not making the taxi go to the right place when on their end it said go to the station and on my end it sent go to the station but then after I got off the phone they phoned the driver to ask if if he had the right post code and the driver said yes but they still accusing me on loud speaker of doing it and I have proof at it was going ware it needed to go
