Have been using CM Rent since 2017 however staff changes have led to a degrade in service. Despite several attempts to communicate with CM Rent about my rental they have failed to respond to my query. Landlords should avoid

100% Avoid this letting agent! I can honestly say that I have never had such a bad experience while renting in any of my previous tenancies. I was a tenant with them for two years during which time requests for essential maintenance and repairs were ignored. Communication is definitely not their strong point. After handing back the keys at the end of my contract all communication has been dropped. I had a really good experience with Andrei. He was easy to get hold of, explained everything clearly, and made the process of renting a place much less stressful. He didn’t rush anything and actually listened to what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Would definitely go through him again
