Leyla was incredibly professional and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She worked around my schedule, sent me the application form in advance, and gave me a call on the day to confirm the viewing. During the viewing she was very knowledgeable about the property and clearly explained all the different fees. Their office is right in Chelmsford city centre, which gives me confidence that if there are any issues in the future, I can easily reach out to them.
