Craig is an absolute gentleman, a brilliant negotiator / communicator and a FANTASTIC builder as well! Craig and his team completed our parking area to a very high standard, in keeping with the cottage and technical design drawings. Craig explained the entire process so we knew what to expect and was always responsive to our questions. The job involved the removal of a rockery and a significant amount of soil and rock to create our off-road parking. The team installed lights to ensure good visibility for night parking. Would highly recommend CM Builders.
After receiving many broken promises from other contractors I'm glad I chose to go down the route of CM Builders. Reliable and knowledgeable. Would happily recommend.
Second time I’ve used CM Builders for a project. Fantastic work ethic by the whole team, step by step communication during the work. Highly recommend. I didn’t manage to take pictures before they started but hopefully these pictures will give you an idea of what an AMAZING job they did.
