We had a fantastic experience selling through Clydebank estate agents. They offered valuable advice throughout our selling and buying process. As first time sellers we had a lot of questions but they were patient and friendly and had fantastic communication throughout!
Rent was always on time. Any repair requests were ignored. Dampness... painter came and painted over it. Damage to ceiling when they removed a smoke alarm... left even after requests to repair it. Roof was in extensive need of repair... hence the dampness. "Oh, we're not fixing that. I wouldn't even ask the property owner to do that kind of work" Of course all the outstanding jobs needing done when I moved on were still there 3 years later... and they billed me for them. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid like the plague! I rented a property and I their " handy man" Ronnie was meant to come to do some work, I had to.cancel as I was recovering from a miscarriage - which I informed them at the office, the very next day their handy man opens my front door with a key whilst I am laysd up in bed! My husband had to deal with him. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment. Also, when I was leaving, I have been sent transcripts of emails from the said handy man and clydebank letting agents about repairs and they were skimming... read more
