We were a tenant with this organisation for 3 years - I’ve always had private landlords and had heard of the issues that people have with lettings agents, I thought surely it can’t be that bad? I was wrong. Every single issue we had whilst living at our flat was always left a ridiculously long time (roof leaks, toilet leaks etc) or a mistake would happen from their side, over complicate everything and then it would be a big mess. They were awful when they were selling our flat. Told us we had offers from people who hadn't even submitted notes of interest just to rush through the sale. The "offers" were just passing comments people made when asked what they thought the flat was worth. When we challenged them on this they wouldn't even concede that what they had said could be misleading and were unbelievably patronising.
Friendly, exceptionally professional, very supportive while keeping to an agreed timeframe. I am very grateful and highly recommend Clyde West End Letting Team.
