Have been contacted about a sign placed in our factored estate in Bearsden which is not permitted, yet Clyde have selfishly not removed it despite repeated requests from our factor. We’re due to sell and will stay well clear.
Staff and service are excellent. Team very helpful and kept us informed of each week’s progress booking in viewers to visit our home. It was helpful to use the MyClyde Ap for feedback too. Nicola, Katie and all the team at Bearsden have been really helpful and we are delighted our property is now in the under offer process and hopefully fully sold soon. Thanks again Clyde Property.
Very attentive staff. Love the MyClyde portal where you can see all comments and communication between the agents and viewers and potential buyers. Did what they said they would do, efficiently. Shout out to Asia who was the main reason for choosing Clyde. She makes herself available 24/7. Only downside, we don’t get as much as we were expecting for our house sale., albeit it sold at closing date.
The customer service at Clyde Bearsden is outstanding for a number of reasons. Helpful staff who always call you back and are happy to help. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale goes through seamlessly which can be quite difficult at times dealing with Solicitors! Big well done to Nicola and the team who I wont hesitate to use in the future!
Very efficient service with prompt action. Very good guidance from the sales representative and good reporting of progress.
