The worst experience I have ever had with a conveyancer. I lost a house purchase because of them , they were shouting down the phone at the estate agents calig then bullies etc, wanted to charge me extra for a phone call if I didn't hang up in time as it was a waste of their time Forgot they said exchange day the week before and it came to exchange day and they were going to delay it a week.
