Literally the best out there, had dead pixels in my BMW X3 computer screen. Was quoted £1600 to get this fixed, was told to remove the unit and sent it in the post which I had no idea what to do. Luckily as I was trading in the car and needed to replace the screen first I found these guys who bent over backwards to fit my car in, saving the car trade in deal I had arranged. I’m shocked at my experience with Cluster Repairs UK. I sent a part in for a rebuild in January and, after a longer wait than promised, they returned the part still faulty. When I contacted them about a warranty claim, the admin team member accused me of lying and initially refused a replacement or refund. He told me to purchase a new part and pay them an additional £120 for re-coding - despite their warranty clearly stating I was entitled to a replacement. Amazing company. Sent my Ford ka mk2 instrument cluster in for a complete rebuild as it had developed a bunch of issues. Sent it off on the Thursday, and received it back the following Tuesday all working and no more issues. Highly recommend this company thank you :))
After a long struggle with Nissan over a faulty fuel gauge to fix and not getting anywhere with em, I came across this company who have been my saviour , Well done guys!!!
