I'm so thankful my family are patients of this surgery. In ten years we have never had a negative experience. Receptionists are always so helpful and friendly. The doctors actually listen and care, every one of them I've met has made sure they've done all they possibly can to help. The nurses are just excellent in everything they do. The physios have put me back on my feet multiple times over the years. Very grateful to you all... an amazing team

I am afraid to ring sergery because the receptionist Sandra had cut me off on call and another call I made she was rude to me. I wont use their physio either as he was rude to me last year to the extent that I felt un comfortable. I had a miss call from GP this morning and I could not return GP call back as no one answered The phone just before 12.30.

Absolutely disgusted by the “service” of this surgery. Ever since lockdown the practice has went downhill dramatically. It’s near impossible to get an appointment and my mum had rang today due to having a flu that is making it difficult to breathe only to be told to “ride it out and call back tomorrow morning”
