Horrible experiences, especially when you want something from them. My tenancy ended on the 4th of August and I have yet to receive any updates about my return of deposit ( or whats left of it given their record) . Emailed with the necessary details only to be ignored. Called them a few times and no one seems to answer. Showers were moldy and dripping to the neighbors house which we kept getting scolded constantly, by the neighbor, about.
