Amy was absolutely amazing! The ultrasound machine cut off on us on my first visit and she had me come back in another day and did another ultrasound. She was very apologetic (which I completely understand). She was very patient and a great person to talk with!
We have had the best experience with Cloud Nine every time we have visited with both of our pregnancies, but this time was the best! When a part on the ultrasound machine broke before our Saturday appointment, Amy was so quick to reschedule us and let us come in on Sunday instead so my husband would be able to come. We got wonderful images and as always, Amy was so personable and professional! We can’t wait for our next appointment and highly recommend them for elective ultrasounds!

Excellent customer service and calm atmosphere! Got great pictures of my baby girl on my ultrasound and a wonderful video to keep those memories forever!
They were amazing, they took their time and got amazing shots of our perfect boy during the ultrasound. The photographer is also amazing. We definitely recommend cloud 9!!!
Cloud Nine was great!! They were very welcoming and made me and my family feel comfortable to whole time! I will definitely be going back for newborn pics.

Best decision we could have ever made. We are expecting a very precious little girl who isn't supposed to come until January, but she already has a spunky little attitude including not wanting to wait for her due date. Cloud nine has done our ultrasounds for every trimester since covid had kept our precious baby girls daddy from being able to go to visits with me at the doctor. Our little girl has even refused to show her face at all in an appointment, and without hesitation we were rescheduled and not charged for the visit ... read more
