I had Donovan as my tattoo artist. he did such an amazing job and i could not thank him or cloud 9 enough. i talked with many different artists at many different shops around the area before deciding on cloud 9, and I'm very happy I chose to come here. donovan spent ample time with me to make sure we got the custom tattoo perfect before he started tattooing. it was my first tattoo, and it was quite large in a painful spot but he made it all worthwhile and talked me through it very well. Karri Henning pierced my 8 year olds ears and was truly with her! She explained the exact process and what she should expect, how to keep her ears clean, and had earrings that are so easy to maintain! She measured more than once just to make sure that everything was perfect, talked to her the entire time so my daughter wouldn’t be focused on the needles. Absolutely LOVE this shop and the people that work there. So friendly, accommodating and will answer every question you can think of. I got a pretty intimate piercing done and Karri was absolutely phenomenal with every step. She explained what she was going to do before she did it, told me exactly how to care for my piercings and what to expect afterwards. Messeged Cloud Nine on Facebook about an idea I had for a Tattoo. It was a custom tattoo. They got back with me very quickly helped me out as much as they could through messaging. Next day I come in and have a sit down with Donovan. We collaborate a little on different ideas and come up with a complete design and color. He tatted it up to perfection.
