Taylor Robertson, one of the artists has nearly screwed over my friend and his family twice now, both physically (by disappearing halfway through a massive tattoo project) and monetarily, by taking their deposit and then disappearing before starting. Not saying anything bad about the company as a whole or any of the other artists, just Taylor. #4THEHANLEYS
First of all, I’ve never been to Cloud Nine before & this review is not about this studio but specifically about their new tattoo artist Taylor Robertson. I apologize for the length but it’s necessary if you’re considering this artist you need to be aware. This is Taylor’s 3rd studio in the last 12 months. I have respect for a lot of artists but when getting a tattoo you put all your trust into the artist doing your tattoo. Be careful with who you choose at this place. Lack of communication and follow up is inexcusable. #4THEHANLEYS

I was interested in getting a couple piercings and messaged Karri on FB. She responded very quickly with all the information I could ask for. I went in yesterday to get the piercings and to change out my orbital conch and frontal helix for some of their stunning jewelry. I could not have been happier with the results.
