This is my first tattoo and it was spur of the moment. I just walked in to look around and came out tatted. Taylor walked out and greeted my friend and I we talked about what I was thinking about and that I was only “looking”. He said I’ll be right back, he came back and told us to come to the back and he had samples of what I wanted in different fonts. While the staff may occasionally turn over, like any body art studio, the level of professionalism and commitment to customer service has remained a top priority for many years at Cloud Nine. First of all, I’ve never been to Cloud Nine before & this review is not about this studio but specifically about their new tattoo artist Taylor Robertson. I apologize for the length but it’s necessary if you’re considering this artist you need to be aware. This is Taylor’s 3rd studio in the last 12 months. He has an attitude problem, is not reliable, sucks at communication and does not care about his client relationships. Taylor Robertson, one of the tattoo artists here, has royally screwed over my friend and his family more than once, one example being that he stopped halfway through a project. I am not a customer of cloud nine south side, but this behavior is atrocious and should not be tolerated. #4THEHANLEYS

This review is also about Taylor Robertson, new tattoo artist at Cloud Nine: I understand things happen & if an artist has to change work places but cannot understand at all how someone could treat their clients this way.
