Before you buy from this Muppet ,ask for technical , then you will find they don't have anyone ,it is a one man back bedroom set-up ,Very unhelpful and I have had 3 mats that all failed . DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible Customer Experience!! DO NOT USE I requested to return an item after receiving the item and discovering it could not be set up in the area of flooring I required. After repeated emails and calls I have yet to receive a response after 3 months from Floorheatpro or my money back. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
