Clive came to our home on North Ogden Ave in Columbus Ohio, he was very professional, did a fantastic job at an awesome price, he was honest, other plumbers tried to rip us off a ton of money, thanks for your honesty and making a stressful situation turn out good! Clive Stephens Plumbing was referred to me by HomeAdvisor to replace a power vent hot water tank in my home. On-line reviews were good, so I asked Mr. Stephens to give a quote to install new tank. I also asked 3 other plumbers for estimates. Mr. Stephens was by far the best. He was punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. His cost was reasonable and the installation went extremely well. I would not hesitate to use him again for my plumbing needs.
He was very nice. He asked for pics sent by cell phone so he could ensure he had the right parts when he came. He did not mind talking with me over the holiday weekend.
