Maybe since I had a smaller job, I could not get the other guys to call back or keep appointments. Clive answered his own phone, Called me Back and was on time for the repair. He did a great job and did not make a mess. His pricing was very fair too. Kind of makes me want to have another plumbing problem just so I can use him again
After 1st plumber was a no show/ no call, I called Mr. Stephens. He answered his phone and we set the appt... issue was slow/clogged/back-up drain. He spent many hours snaking the drain(s). Culprit turned out to defective toilet. All told, including him driving to Lowes for replacement toilet, was well worth the $$! Value and trust= priceless! Thanks Clive!

New to the experience. Did not understand about the "getting connected" because I was looking for a price but Clive showed up and got the job done! A little skeptical about plumbing service (read experiences from the big companies and not very trusting of what I would be told) so I now have a personal plumber through HomeAdvisor who I will recommend.
