Clive was available to assess and fix the problem. He was polite, persistent and hard working. He cleaned up somewhat after the job. However, he did leave more of a hole than I thought was necessary, and did not clean up as thoroughly as I would have liked. The cost of the job was reasonable.

Clive arrived on time and did a site survey and proceeded with a price estimate for the job. Although his price estimate was much higher than the other two estimates I had on hand, I felt comfortable offering him the job at hand, due to all the positive reviews he had and I wanted the job done right the first time. Clive was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The only reason I couldn't give him a 5 star was due to the higher cost. I will definitely hire him in the future.

Clive was very professional and did a fantastic job installing a new outdoor faucet and a new shut-off valve. However, I believe the cost was a bit more than I expected since I had gotten lower quotes in the past. I agreed to have Clive do the work due to his professionalism and all the great reviews he had on Home Advisor.
