Clive is professional, courteous, and worked with me over the phone at 10:30 P.M. to resolve and schedule the water heater install the following morning! Clive relieved my water heater concern.
Clive was responsive to the needs of the job. He was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the process less stressful.
I hired Mr. Stephens to tighten 1 toilet bowl and 1 toilet tank. He used a shim that was already under the bowl. All he did was moved it around so that the bowl didn't move when you set on it. Then tighten and used a shim for the other toilet tank. a 5 minute job and charged me $235.00. Never again.
Work was great but he charges by the job not the time. This was a simple replacement that only took him 1.25 hours so I would have been better off employing someone that charged by the hour.
