Pricee but good
I hope I can save other consumers a lot of time by saying "This is the man to call!" Don't even bother getting another bid. Even if you get a lower price from someone else, you will NEVER get a man with more professionalism than Mr. Stephens. Get this; he calls you back, he answers his phone, he gives you a bid on site, he shows up on the scheduled day, returns the next day to complete the job AND offers to come back if need be. Clive Stephens and his helper went about their business and replaced the shut off valve with a new one and no more leaks. So nice to have a dry floor in the utility room.
I would highly recommend Clive. He was prompt and courteous and professional. I first hired Clive to repair my two toilets; I was so satisfied that I hired Clive to re-configure my AC run-off plumbing. His estimates were very reasonable and the projects completed very quickly
Completely honest and clean work. On time and very efficient. I rate Clive at 100% and would use his services again and again if I had to.
Clive is very positive, responsive, and personable. An excellent diagnostician and competent tradesman. I've already recommended him to someone else, and will be calling him soon to handle some additional renovation work.
I would highly recommend Clive. He treated me like he wanted by business, always promptly calling me back and always showing up on time (or even early). His pricing was fair as I did price check and his work was great. He went above and beyond to work with us as we had lots of travel plans during the time of our repair.
