Great location, I wanted to write a review for one of the reception staff, Melvin. He was very friendly and welcoming, full of enthusiasm and a great spirit. As we’ve came from Newcastle hes been lovely to chat with and will definitely be looking forward to come here ourselves to experience the great atmosphere again .
Extremely disappointing experience. I initially had my rental application accepted by Grainger Lettings and everything seemed to be moving forward. However, after I provided proof of more than enough savings to cover an entire year's rent upfront - well above what was required - they suddenly and without proper explanation decided to reject my application. I'm grateful to say that thank you very much for all of RST members. Clippers Quay locate at a nicely and convenience area. They provide us a comfortable environment, a lovely facility, an excellent service, a high standards and sincere respect. We are really enjoyed the time in Clippers Quay in the past year.
