If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ve had a few issues over the years with my neck, shoulder and back. Alistair always manages to find the root cause and provide effective treatment. His extensive knowledge and friendly demeanour puts you at ease every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’m always recommending to friends and family should they require treatment.
Clinic-al was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I am in my mid 60s and have had a grumbling shoulder and upper arm for a while. I then really hurt it in April trying to stop a pot falling from a cupboard onto a tiled floor. I was able to arrange my first appointment for within a few days. Alistair is an amazing therapist and human being. He really cares about everyone in his life that includes all his patients. I have been treated by Al quite a few times and his touch and hands on skills are of the highest standard I have ever come across. Being an MSK therapist myself I can tell you there isn't many people I would say are as good as Al is. It is a pleasure to teach with him on courses and I fully recommend anyone in pain, tightness, stress or injuries etc to book in with him and see how he can help you.
Fantastic work from Alistair he reviewed a long standing injury on my lower back. Worked on relaxing the affected area and advised on a range of lower back strengthening exercises. This will be an ongoing journey and is the first steps in getting back to a good place.
Great service as always. Al and his team always give quality treatment and back it up with the Information and knowledge you need, enabling me to take injury specific exercises away and carry them on at home. Highly recommended Thanks again Chris Norris
