Ashley and the team were excellent in helping me navigate the best solution to get an AC solution installed. After visiting to assess options I was impressed by the knowledge and experience so it was a no brainer to go ahead with Climateworks. On install day, Ben was on time and worked solidly throughout the day and we ended up with a very neat result. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Climateworks and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!
From initial contact with Ashley through to quoting and completion of the job we were very happy. The team decommissioned and replaced an existing unit upstairs in the master bedroom and installed a second unit downstairs. So thankful we had this done before the temperatures went up recently and grateful to be cool not only at night but downstairs too. Would highly recommend Ashley and his team.
UPDATE After posting my original review, the company publicly acknowledged their failings, including poor aftercare and a fault that should have been identified earlier. I appreciated this honest response and, in good faith, tried to follow up by calling both their landline and mobile numbers. Excellent service from start to finish from ClimateWorks. Our installer Zoltan was very professional throughout ensuring the install was explained and executed to a high standard making sure our needs were met. We would thoroughly recommend ClimateWorks for residential air conditioning supply and installation!!
