There was immediate and professional response to my request by the office, air conditioner tune up was completed the following day by a competant and knowlegable technician. Will certainly use them whenever needed.

Tech was polite, on time and explained everything
Had a heating emergency on a Sunday, and after agreeing to the emergency fee a technician from Climatech came out (before the expected time). What I had hoped for as a repair to my 30+year gas furnace ended up being a replacement. Climatech was able to rearrange their schedule and installed a new furnace on New Years Eve day. Follow up by the manager was a nice touch. I will not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.
Service was excellent. They showed up on time and the serviceman was extremely pleasant to work with. They were thorough with their diagnosis and consulted the manufacturers representative to determine cause of leak and solutions. I would use them again.
Had a great experience with Climatech! Technicians were on time and fixed my A/C quickly and the price was beyond reasonable. Would definitely recommend their service to everyone!!
