My gran lives here and is very happy. Lovely staff and amazing food. Spotlessly clean.
Since my last post was deleted I’ll review again. Residents left to sit in their own urine for hours is not acceptable. The smell of the home is absolutely putrid and the attitude of the management is like something I have never experienced. An extremely bad home to work in and an even worse home to place your family members. Family of management like to big the home up on the reviews, it really is awful.. their are much better places for your loved ones.
My mother spent 4 weeks here having respite care. The care she received was excellent from day one and she enjoyed her time here. A big well done and thank you for all the management and staff at Clifton Manor!
My Mum lived there for 3years. when she wasn't self funding anymore all.of a sudden they couldn't cope with her demands (that was what Clifton Manor Said) just short of her 90th Birthday they told us they couldn't cope with her any more so they issued an eviction notice on a Frail 90yr Old with Dementia. We eventually found her somewhere new in Beeston where she spent the remaining 6 months of her life somewhere ,where they understood her needs and she felt wanted and loved. Care home nursing were my dad is fantastic he is happy,looked after great staff ,we feel he is safe and looked after have no worries there xx
