Extremely difficult and stressful experience trying to get an appointment. You have to go through a pointless exercise of 'waiting and seeing' which takes weeks then eventually if you're lucky be given an appointment when it's obvious to any idiot that you needed one in the first place. Can no longer book appointments in advance which you used to be able to do before COVID so why suddenly the change? No, you have to ring back and go through the stressful experience all over again. Excellent little surgery. I was seen on the day I called with follow up appointments booked in. The doctor I saw was caring, professional and personally followed up my blood results with me. My experience of this surgery is really very good. Thank you.
Despite currently undergoing cancer treatment it is impossible to speak or get help from a doctor. The receptionists have no empathy or consideration for patients and refused to let me speak to a doctor despite being in great discomfort. This surgery has certainly declined dramatically in recent years.
This surgery has declined significantly in the last 5 years. Our son has ongoing and serious medical issues, and this surgery has made it impossible to get an appointment in urgent situations. They refer you to a ridiculous app / website which attempts to triage you based on the answer to some questions. In doing so, they effectively make it impossible to see a GP at short notice.
