Shocking service, refuses to call back agents and advisors. Nearly lost the sale they took so long. Luckily another solicitor sorted out the carnage caused by these people. Terrible service, go elsewhere

When I got my mortgage, the basic bank valuation of the property stated no serious issues with the property. But at the last moment, this legal and estate firm (who was chosen by the sellers, not myself) told me that a damp course assessment needed doing, and sorted out a firm to come and do that, claiming that the mortgage lender stipulated that it needed doing, even though the banks own assesment made absolutely no reference whatsoever regarding this.
