staff are brilliant and it feels like a home from home. moved mum to another care home against my will, I was going along with what my siblings wanted, I am so sorry now. The staff really care about the residents and treat them like family.I could visit my Mum (Connie) at anytime and was always made welcome by the staff.
Since being recommended by a social worker, arriving at Cliffhaven a couple of months ago I was encouraged that the staff cannot do enough for residents whilst still encouraging them to further their independence and maintain their dignity. They encourage them to walk and take part in all of the very varied activities on offer. The food is good, the home is clean, homely, and cosy, and the garden is lovely with good accessibility. Since the new manager has taken over the home has been transformed into a homely environment which focuses on the residents . The staff are brilliant :)
