Scammers Beware!!! They also trade under ClickCarGroup. They ask for up-front payments, then cancel the service and then don't issue refund. I wish I had read the reviews on here first. But because they trade on bookmygarage, I thought they were reputable traders, which they aren't. You can absolutely not get anybody competent on the phone, only receptionists, who pretend to put you through, but every single time, it either goes straight to voicemail or the person is currently busy with "another" client (always too busy for ... read more

Disgraceful customer service. My car immediately came up with a warning of too much oil after a service, but getting hold of ClickCarGroup to resolve the issue their incompetence created has been impossible. Messaged, WhatsApp’d, and called continuously, to be fobbed off each time with ‘they’re not available’. Still waiting for a call back, never mind a resolution, four days later. Avoid.

DO NOT USE dreadful company , I was booked in for a dpf clean £100 , despite numerous phone calls saying an engineer is on his way , never turned up , lots of phone calls no apology , even spoke to a director (in my opinion very rude ) still trying to get my money back , looks like small claims court , dreadful company avoid at all costs
