The service I received From Mihai was excellent. I needed an urgent appointment for a drain survey concerning an unexpected shared drain location. He managed to accommodate my request. He arrived on time and conducted his survey thoroughly. He explained in detail who owns what part of the drains and accurately located them. I would definitely recommend Clever Works in the future

We had a brilliant experience with Clever Works, and Mihai in particular. We had a CCTV drainage survey ahead of building works to our home. Mihai took the time to talk us through the survey so we understood what condition our drains/pipes were in and the work needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
